·        Ships from the UAE via Aramex.

·        Arab countries: free shipping.

·        Non‑Arab countries: $25 per order if fewer than 3 bottles; free shipping for 3+ bottles.

·        Delivery time: usually within 1 week for Arab countries; other destinations vary by Aramex routing.

·        Tracking: Aramex updates + tracking number can be shared via WhatsApp if needed.

·        If delayed/lost: we arrange a replacement shipment at no extra cost.

Returns / Refunds / Replacements:

·        No returns or exchanges for supplements due to international shipping and safety/quality control.

·        Bottle issue guarantee: if the received bottle has a verified issue (leakage/damage/broken seal/wrong item), after verification we offer a full refund OR a free replacement shipment.

Payments & Privacy (Shopify):

·        Checkout is secured via Shopify and payment partners.

·        Payment information is encrypted during checkout.

·        We do not store your full card details.
